On 20th December, 2025, the Crystalline Charity Empowerment Foundation carried out an institutional humanitarian outreach at Modupe Cole Memorial Child Care & Treatment Home, Yaba, Lagos State, as part of our December 2025 2-in-1 Community and Health Outreach Programme.

This outreach was specially designed to support children with physical and intellectual disabilities through direct institutional assistance, ensuring sustainable and well-coordinated impact. Rather than individual distribution, donations were made directly to the facility to strengthen its capacity for ongoing care and rehabilitation.

The Foundation donated foodstuffs, hygiene materials, and essential utilities including staple food items, adult diapers, and a rechargeable lamp. These items are being immediately integrated into the home’s daily feeding, hygiene, and resident care operations, supporting both the children and their caregivers.

Modupe Cole Memorial Child Care & Treatment Home is a long-established institution dedicated to the care, education, and rehabilitation of children with special needs. Our selection of the home aligns with the Foundation’s mission to support vulnerable populations through high-impact, sustainable interventions.

The Lagos outreach reflects the Foundation’s commitment to humanitarian assistance, institutional capacity strengthening, and transparency in resource utilization.
