Through our activities, we provide help to underprivileged, including orphans, widows and widowers, beggars, etc. We also give maximum support to the children, teenagers and youth to help them discover their potential and make most effective use of it through education outreach, IT skills training/acquisition and empowerment programs, to ensure their future is secured and reduce environmental hazard which includes; thuggery, drug addictions, rape and so on. Lastly, we give health advise to the elderlies and organize health outreach in order to ensure proper hygiene is maintained among our elderlies and ensure early health issue is discovered on time and provide solutions on how to be tackled.
Since the inception of the foundation, our activities have cut across different states and locality in Nigeria and we have reached over 1,000 people of all ages rages from children, teenagers and adults.
In line with SDG; Sustainable Development Goal 3, regarding “Good Health and Well-being”, is one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations in 2015. The official wording is: “To ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.” We have been able to provide support through our healthcare outreaches to ensure good health for all and through empowerment and donations, we ensure the well-being of humanity is achieved.
Its inaugural effort began with a visit to the Rock of Ages Orphanage Home in Ajebamidele Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. Since then, the foundation has tirelessly reached out to numerous orphanages across Nigeria, including the Faith Community Orphanage and Tender Love Orphanage Home in Awka, Anambra State respectively, as well as Heritage Homes in Anthony, Lagos State, among others in Osogbo, Ile-Ife, Ondo State. Their aid has encompassed various relief materials such as foods, clothing, household items, and shoes.
Furthermore, the foundation has extended its support to orphaned students in various schools, supplying them with essential writing materials. Recognizing the importance of empowerment, the foundation has organized vocational training sessions for teenagers, teaching skills like bag and purse making, soap making, baking, and tie crafting, aiming to equip them with skills for self-sufficiency. The foundation already plans to equip more youth and Teenager on IT skills.
We’ve conducted educational campaigns in numerous schools across Nigeria, including Lagos, Abuja, and Anambra. Notably, in March 2024, we organized training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, covering topics such as “Education in the Digital Age: Utilizing AI as Tutors and Learners” and “Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Research and Development.”
To fulfill their core principles of Education, Empowerment, Charity, and Health, the foundation conducts health outreach programs in communities. These initiatives involve the recruitment of qualified medical professionals who provide free tests, consultations, check-ups, and medication distribution. Looking ahead, the foundation aims to reach 5,000 beneficiaries in 2024 and has ambitious plans to meet the needs of 50,000 beneficiaries by 2030.
Throughout its journey, the Crystalline Charity Empowerment Foundation has remained steadfast in its commitment to charitable endeavors, focusing on providing food, shelter, healthcare, and education to the underprivileged. Its impact on countless lives has garnered recognition and admiration for its philanthropic efforts.

Founder/Board Chairman
With extensive experience as an accountant across various sectors—including health, real estate, and construction—Idowu began his professional journey at the Anambra State Ministry of Finance, Awka, where he served during his National Youth Service. He is also a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and a Certified International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) professional.
Beyond his career in finance, Idowu is a passionate Christian and humanitarian dedicated to empowering the less privileged. His commitment to social impact and education led him to serve as the pioneer president of the Sera Schools Initiative, Ile-Ife, an NGO advocating for quality education for all children.
Driven by a deep desire to serve humanity, he founded Crystalline Charity Empowerment Foundation to address basic needs, support underprivileged individuals, and create sustainable change. Under his leadership, the foundation continues to impact lives through initiatives in education, charity, health, and empowerment.
Currently based in the United Kingdom, Idowu actively leads the foundation’s mission, working to uplift communities and provide opportunities for those in need.
Board Secretary
With over 12 years of leadership experience, Oluwaseun brings a strategic approach to the foundation's mission. His finance and accounting expertise, honed through a career spanning diverse sectors including NGOs, public service, and consulting, allows him to ensure the foundation operates with transparency and efficiency. He holds an Associate Chartered Accountant certification with Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and has earned additional qualifications in Financial Forensic Audit, Financial Modeling, and Emotional Intelligence.
Oluwaseun's dedication to service extends beyond his professional life. As a youth leader in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), he has inspired and mentored young people, instilling values of integrity, compassion, and resilience. His commitment to lifelong learning is evident in his pursuit of an MBA from the University of East London, equipping him with cutting-edge skills to drive the foundation’s mission forward.
Rooted in his faith and guided by his commitment to making a difference, Oluwaseun works tirelessly to transform lives and create opportunities for those in need. He is deeply inspired by the support of his Proverbs 31 wife, whose grace and partnership fuel his journey.

His career path led him into the banking sector, where he became a chartered banker and served as a Relationship Officer, excelling in client engagement and service excellence. His passion for innovation then propelled him into software development, where he has been instrumental in developing cutting-edge solutions within the banking industry.
Driven by a deep passion for uplifting lives, Adeyemi chose to channel his expertise and dedication into social impact. As the Chief President of Crystalline Charity Empowerment Foundation, he is committed to equipping society for a better future through the NGO’s pillars of health, charity, empowerment, and education. Through visionary leadership and unwavering dedication, he strives to implement sustainable initiatives that create lasting change, empowering individuals and transforming communities.
At his core, Adeyemi is devoted to God, drawing strength from his faith to uphold integrity, serve others selflessly, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those around him.

She began her nursing journey at the Federal School of Nursing, Ido-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria, where she earned her diploma in Nursing. She further specialized in Critical Care Nursing at the University of Abuja, FCT Abuja, Nigeria, and later obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Derby, United Kingdom.
With over eight years of experience in healthcare, Kehinde has worked across various critical care settings and is currently working in the Respiratory unit of one of the NHS trust in the United Kingdom. Her expertise in patient care, leadership skills, and dedication to service make her a valuable asset to the Crystalline Charity Empowerment Foundation.
As a passionate Christian and lover of God, Kehinde is deeply committed to humanitarian service. Her unwavering dedication to helping the underprivileged aligns with the foundation’s mission to empower communities through education, healthcare, and charity initiatives.
Through her role as a Board of Trustee member, she continues to contribute to the foundation’s vision of creating a better and more inclusive society for all.
Deputy Chief President (Admin)
Amos holds a first-class Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. His academic excellence and deep understanding of sustainable agricultural practices have shaped his approach to addressing food security and community development challenges.
Currently, Amos works as an analyst for an indigenous dairy company, where he applies his expertise to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and contribute to sustainable food systems. His work aligns with strategic objectives such as cost efficiency, process improvement, and resource optimization, which he integrates into the foundation’s programs to maximize their impact.
Amos’s commitment to community development is rooted in his academic achievements and volunteering experiences, which have honed his entrepreneurial mindset, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills.
Social Media Coordinator
Linda is an executive member and the Social Media Coordinator of the Crystalline Charity Empowerment Foundation, where she plays a key role in community empowerment initiatives. A devoted Christian and active choir member in her church, she finds joy in serving both professionally and spiritually.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Ahmadu Bello University, along with qualifications from the Post Basic School of Cardiothoracic Nursing and Regenessy business school.
Known for her focus, determination, and diligence, Linda consistently excels in every task she undertakes, whether in healthcare, project management, or digital engagement.
Vice President, Ondo Team
Currently pursuing a degree in Criminology and Security Studies at Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Temitayo combines his academic background with hands-on experience in community development and security advocacy. His leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively have made a significant impact in the foundation’s initiatives.
Beyond his volunteer work, Temitayo is also a certified photographer, trained under the Lagos State Skills Acquisition Center. His dedication to service, teamwork, and youth empowerment continues to drive his efforts in making a positive difference.

My innate passion for impactful projects led me to join Crystalline Charity Empowerment Foundation in 2023. The foundation’s vision aligns perfectly with my goal of equipping individuals with practical skills that foster self-reliance and sustainable growth. I have always sought opportunities to give back to humanity, and this platform allows me to make a meaningful impact.
Beyond education, I am passionate about problem-solving and innovation in the energy sector, continuously seeking knowledge and hands-on experience. I am goal-driven, excellence-minded, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects.
Education Coordinator, Lagos
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Ed) degree in Early Childhood Education from the National Open University (2022) and is certified by the Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN, 2024). Her experience includes teaching at Cornerstone Nursery and Primary School and Heritage of Excellence Academy, as well as serving as Headteacher. Oluwabukola is particularly passionate about special education, motivated by her work with young learners.
A devout Christian, she integrates faith and moral values into her work, inspiring pupils to recognize their worth and embrace the love of God.

My passion lies in empowering teenagers and youth, both spiritually and mentally, equipping them with the knowledge, values, and confidence to thrive in all aspects of life.

Even as an undergraduate,she also had various training and experience as a security consultant and child security specialist.She is also a content creator,who helps people discover and unlock who they truly are,beyond their perceived limitations.she is also a caterer who waves with a lot of flavour just to satisfy people’s cravings. In addition,she is a skilled drummer ,who is focus on playing medley worship songs and other rythms that brings people together.
Beyond her academic pursuits, she is also an ambassador of Christ and her ultimate joy comes from making people happy and seeing them strives,it’s what drives her to do what she do.
